Blue Cross Health Precinct is open most days of the year to serve our community's healthcare needs. We accept new patient registrations and walk-ins if appointments are available. Urgent appointments can often be accommodated with fit-in appointments.

Bulk Billing
Dr. Toomey and Dr. Gooley offer full bulk billing for all Medicare card holders
As of November 1st, 2023, some doctors (Dr. Zhang, Dr. Jalal, and Dr. Hoang) have moved to mixed billing, where bulk billing is available only for concession holders and children under 16 years of age. Dr. Toomey and Dr. Gooley remain fully bulk billing for all Medicare card holders.

Blue Cross Health Precinct is a fantastic medical centre! Dr Gooley is the best GP and wouldn't see anyone else. Is it easy to book an appointment, the staff are kind and helpful! They have an onsite nurse if needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my medical care.
Dr Brett Gooley, by far is one of the best doctors I've dealt with. He performed surgery today for me like a surgeon, with the assistance of the lovely nurse. Very professional and informative. Highly recommend Dr Gooley and Blue cross medical centre for all your medical needs, where also the receptionist are very courteous.
